Bournemouth official: renewal with Welsh midfielder Brooks, new contract until 2029

Hupu September 11th News Premier League team Bournemouth officially announced that 28-year-old midfielder David Brooks has completed a contract renewal with the club, and the new contract will last until 2029.

Brooks joined Bournemouth from Sheffield United in the summer of 2018 and has played 151 games for the team and scored 22 goals. His highlights include a double score in his debut season, helping the team beat Brighton 2-0, and scoring the only goal in the game this year, helping the team beat Everton 1-0. Thiago Pinto, president of football operations at the club, said: "We are very happy that Brooks chose to continue playing here. He is a player we value very much. So far this season, Brooks has started all three games in the Premier League and has recently gone with the Welsh national team.
