Romano reported that the connection between Broa and Chelsea has ended and learned that the player's joining Burnley would be a permanent transfer.
Broa will complete the medical examination in the next 24 hours and sign a long-term contract with Burnley, and Chelsea accepted the transfer conditions.
23-year-old Bloa has a contract with Chelsea until June 2028. The player plays as center and was loaned to Everton last season. He has played in 13 games in total. Currently, Germany has a price of 12 million euros.
