22 championships in 17 years! Review of the glorious career of 36-year-old Spanish left-back Alba

Hupu October 7th Hupu October 7th Hupu October 7th 36-year-old Spanish left-back Alba announced that he will retire after the season. His contract with Miami International is currently until the end of 2027, but he decided not to complete the contract.

During his childhood, Alba trained at Hospitalense, La Macia Youth Training Camp, Cornellia, and Valencia Youth Training Camp, and started his career with Valencia B Team in 2007.

In 2008, Alba was loaned to Tarragona and joined the Valencia first team in 2009. He played for the Bats for 3 seasons, played 110 times, and contributed 6 goals and 8 assists.

Alba joined Barcelona in the summer of 2012, played 459 times for Barcelona in 11 seasons, scored 27 goals, contributed 99 assists, and won 1 Champions League title, 6 La Liga titles, 5 Copa del Rey titles, 4 Spanish Super Cup titles, 1 European Super Cup title, and 1 Club World Cup title.

In October 2011, Alba made his debut in the Spanish national team, and then represented the Spanish national team in three World Cups and three European Cups, with a total of 93 appearances, contributing 9 goals and 22 assists, winning the 2012 European Cup and the 2022-23 European League championship.

Alba joined Miami International in the summer of 2023, making 95 appearances for Miami, scoring 14 goals and 28 assists, and winning two championship trophys.
