August 26, "World Sports" reported that Barcelona full-back young player Ford is not within Frick's plan for the new season, and Barcelona is giving priority to lending Ford.
ShiTeach pointed out that although there is no official offer yet, Ford has officially started the departure process after communicating with his agent and family. Players and clubs are unanimously given priority to renting exercises. Although he is likely to be included in the Spanish U20 World Cup roster, all parties believe it is best to let him leave the team now rather than wait until January next year.
Ford basically confirmed that he will leave Barcelona in the final stage of the transfer window. No formal agreement has been reached yet, but he is not within Flick's plan. The players themselves and their team agree that finding a stage where they can get stable playing time and continue to grow is the best choice.
Mallorca and Cuomo, coached by Fabregas, have expressed a strong interest. In addition, several English clubs are following Ford, but none of them have submitted official offers.
Barcelona also tends to let people go on loan so that they can continue to control the player's ownership, and they are still optimistic about Ford's future potential. Another factor that may affect the transfer is that he is likely to participate in the U20 World Cup (since September 27th to October 19th in Chile). If called, Ford will miss the club event for about a month, which is a big concern for the team that intends to bring in him.
