May 23rd Newcastle released the new home jersey of the 2025/26 season, a new interpretation of classic black and white stripes. This Sunday, the team will wear the new jersey for the first time at St. James Park against Everton. The new home jersey will be available on May 29 on the club’s official website and on all official retail stores including St James’ Park, Metro Center and Fenwick Newcastle. To support the club's community work, Newcastle will donate £5 to the Newcastle Foundation for every adult home, away, third set or goalkeeper's jersey sold through official channels until the end of August. These funds will be directly used in grassroots and social impact projects in the Northeast.
The jersey designs for this season are inspired by the classic northern pattern, Shepherd's plaid, which perfectly blends it with historic vertical stripes to create a new jersey that is both novel and extremely Newcastle-like. Black shorts and socks are paired with the iconic Adidas three stripes and simple white NUFC lettering. The full-color club badge is printed on the chest, and the slogan "HowaytheLads" is printed on the back of the neck, which is of great significance in the stands, on the streets and on the court.
Newcastle also announced that it will launch a series of outfits designed for women later this year, just in time for the start of the 2025/26 Women's Super League. With ‘HowaytheLasses’ as a slogan, this new series shows our commitment to women’s football and every supporter who proudly wears the team badge. This is an important step to ensure that all fans, no matter who they are, find a sense of belonging in the black and white stripes.
Newcastle United's new women's products will be sold only at the club's official online store and at Kingston Park Stadium on match days. This set focuses on both performance and comfort, and uses cutting-edge fabrics to meet various challenges. The replica version uses AEROREADY technology, which is ideal for displaying your team's colors on game days, away days or daily.
