Chelsea Club launches "world s first football themed residence" in Dubai

Premier League giant Chelsea Football Club recently announced that it will build four football-themed luxury buildings in Dubai. The project was developed by the well-known real estate developer DAMAC Group, marking the club's first cross-border entry into the branded residential field.
The group of buildings, called "Chelsea Mansion by DAMAC", is located in Dubai Maritime City and 130 meters high. It is a unique residential development that will contain more than 1,400 residential units covering one-to-three bedroom apartments, aiming to provide home buyers with a unique experience that combines football culture with luxurious living. The most iconic highlights of the project are the panoramic football stadium on the top floor, the Chelsea themed sports bar and the leisure lounge with aquarium views. In addition, the residential area will also introduce athlete training centers, private theaters and high-end health facilities, such as cryogenic therapy cabins, double spa rooms and forest meditation cabins, focusing on health, fitness and physical and mental well-being. Each residence will enjoy spectacular sea views, accompanied by exquisite high-end interior design and exclusive Chelsea brand supporting facilities to create a luxurious living experience and integrate the spirit of sports. The exterior design of the building presents the club's iconic elements. A blue lion statue will stand at the entrance, and the swimming pool and other public areas will also use the exclusive color scheme of the Chelsea brand. DAMAC Group emphasized that in the future, the club's legendary stars will be invited to participate in a variety of customized activities to further strengthen brand linkage.
It is reported that the entry-level one-bedroom apartment of Chelsea Mansion starts at £430,000, while the top-level apartments are as high as one million pounds.
In recent years, luxury brands have become a trend, such as Dolce & Gabbana building super high-rise apartments in Miami, and Mercedes-Benz also launched its first residential project in the United States in the same city. Industry observers believe that such cooperation not only expands the extension of brand value, but also attracts high-net-worth customers through scenario-based experience, becoming a new competitive track in the high-end consumer market.
