PJ: Liverpool value Guy 30 million + bonus; Leoni s willingness to join will be the key

Hupu August 12th, the latest report by Paul Joyce, a well-known reporter from the Times, confirms that Liverpool's interest in Leoni and Guy is real.

For Parma, Inter's budget restrictions mean they may not be able to pay the transfer fee of £30 million to £35 million required by Parma.

Liverpool have not made inter-club contact with Parma yet, but they believe Leoni is Europe's best young centre-back and have been working hard to recruit younger players for years.

The transfer attempts of Colville, Yoro and Wyson have all failed in the past three summers, and Yoro mainly aims to develop prospects, so he chose to join Manchester United from Lille.

Leoni may have similar concerns, and Liverpool wants to make sure he is willing to leave Italy.

Meanwhile, Liverpool's pursuit of Guy is getting stronger and stronger, and Crystal Palace chairman Steve Parish said the club is willing to sell the England international at the right price. Parrish said that if Geshi transfers freely at the end of the summer, it will be a "problem" for Crystal Palace, but the key is still the valuations of the two clubs.

Liverpool is likely to believe that the 25-year-old Guy's transfer fee cost is close to £30 million, plus additional surcharges.

It is worth mentioning that Leoni and Guy are independent of the two deals, with Liverpool owning three centre-backs, Virgil Van Dijk, Ibrahima Conat and Joe Gomez. Last month, they sold Jarrell Kanssa to Leverkusen for £35 million.

Gomez was injured, and Conat's long-term prospects became confusing as his contract entered its final year.
