Birmingham Women's Football Announcement read: "We are pleased to announce here that the club officially signed 34-year-old South Korean international Chi Xiaoran from Seattle Ruler Women's Football Team on a short-term loan. This experienced player joined Seattle Ruler Women's Football Team in 2024, and played a total of 41 games in two seasons."
Chi Xiaoran played for Chelsea Women's Football Team from 2014 to 2022. During this period, he played in 210 games and scored 68 goals, helping the team win the Women's Football Premier League championship six times, the Women's Football Cup four times, and the League Cup two times. In terms of the national team, at the age of 15 in 2006, she made her debut in the Korean women's football team, playing in 169 games and scoring 74 goals, making her the number one scorer in the history of the Korean women's football team.
