Ruben Amorim coaches Manchester United star Alejandro Garnacho.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano provided more details about Alejandro Garnacho's future after Alejandro Garnacho "informed" Manchester United he "hopefully left".

Garacho just had a disappointing season, and his poor performance exacerbated United's woes in the 2024/25 season.

The Argentine international is one of Manchester United's most talented young players, but his performance in the 2024/25 season is annoying as he often performs inconsistently in offensive positions.

The 21-year-old was also negatively affected by the appointment of Ruben Amorin because he was not suitable for the head coach's preferred 3-4-3 formation.

Garacho was unable to adapt to the No. 10 role, and after Manchester United lost to Tottenham in the UEFA Europa League final, he clashed with Amorin over attitude issues and was told to "find a new club".

The outstanding winger has been associated with multiple Premier League and European clubs in recent months, and it was reported on Friday night that he and four other Manchester United stars have "notified" the club heads they want to leave.

Reporter Ben Jacobs revealed: "Marcus Rashford, Anthony, Alejandro Garnacho, Tyrell Maracia and Jaden Sancho have all informed Manchester United that they want to leave.

"The club understands their position and postpone their return date until late July so that they have time to explore solutions further.

"We will provide them with medical and rehabilitation facilities if they want."

It is revealed that Mattus Cunia will replace Rashford in the No. 10 jersey. His agent has learned about the decision in advance.

Romano then provided more information about Garnacho, insisting that he wanted to "stay in the Premier League".

He tweeted: "Alejandro Garnacho and Manchester United have agreed to leave this summer since mid-June.

Garnacho wants to leave, but is eager to stay in the Premier League. Manchester United is ready to let him go.

"He will not come back to practice in the near future. ”

Romano also insisted that Anthony has made clear his “wish”, but after regaining confidence and shining during loan, he faces a huge obstacle to joining La Liga team Real Betis again.

Romano added: "Anthony will never stay at Manchester United in the upcoming season because he hopes to explore the transfer. ”

"Real Betis hoped to keep Anthony, but his salary remained the focus of the discussion. ”
