Liverpool has spent 186 million, can it spend another 200 million pounds?

Liverpool signed 22-year-old Wilz for £116 million last week and signed another Leverkusen player Flynnon for £29.6 million, to sign Bournemouth left-back Kolkedz for £40 million. Liverpool's spending so far this summer has reached £185.6 million.
If Liverpool chooses to continue signings in this summer’s transfer window, there is still enough financial flexibility.
Liverpool's amortization costs are more than £90 million less than Chelsea, and can spend another £200 million on the market this summer and are still PSR-compliant.
