On October 3, at the Portugal Globe Awards Ceremony, Cristiano Ronaldo was awarded the Portugal Globe Prestige Award in recognition of his contributions to the club and national team throughout his career.
After the award ceremony, Ronaldo accepted an interview with Channel 11 and talked about the goals that have yet to be achieved at the end of his career.
Cristiano Ronaldo said: "To tell you the truth, I don't see it as an obsession. If you asked me 20 years ago, my answer might be different, saying that I want to conquer the world. But I don't think so anymore, age makes us think in different ways. As I said, I I believe in the philosophy of living in the present - things are changing rapidly and I cannot make long-term plans. At this stage, I only make short-term plans, which makes me more excited and more motivated. As for the future, we will see.”
