Hupu September 4th Edin Terzich recently spoke about his new role on TV and his future as a coach in an exclusive interview with RTL/ntv and sport.de. The former Dortmund coach also revealed how he used this holiday away from football.
Telzić intends to return to coaching in the near future after leaving Dortmund in the summer of 2024. However, the 42-year-old coach has also enjoyed the busy time away from football so far. “For me, it’s very important to me who used this time to me—my family—to say ‘yes’ is very important. We travel a lot and see the world,” the former Dortmund coach revealed, adding: “When the kids go to school, I try to be a better coach… Saying ‘yes’ to a club also means saying thousands of ‘no’ to your friends and family. I enjoyed being able to say ‘yes’ often.”
However, the status quo of Terzić is likely to change soon because the coach is working on a comeback. “I want to do something I love, have the right people around,” he said of a potential new club, adding, looking to his future: “I can’t answer what it will be, when it will start.”
He only knows “I’m willing and happy to put all the ideas I’ve developed over the past year into practice. It doesn’t matter when and where to implement it at the moment, it’s important that I have a good feeling about it,” Terzich said.
