Official: Atlanta announces goalkeeper Patricio terminates his contract and leaves the team and may join the Club World Cup team

June 1 Atlanta officially announced that it would terminate the contract with Portuguese goalkeeper Patricio.
On Saturday local time, the Atlanta Club announced on its official website: "Atlanta Club and Portuguese goalkeeper Patricio agreed to terminate the contract early. Atlanta thanked him for his contribution and professionalism and wished him all the best in the future."
37-year-old Patricio expired with Rome last summer and joined Atlanta freely, when the two sides signed until June 30 this year. After termination of the contract one month early, Patricio is expected to join the UAE team Al Ain in the short term and participate in this summer's Club World Cup.
