Alonso and Rodrigo hold talks on his future in Real Madrid

In the 2024/25 season, Rodrigo did not get any playing time in Real Madrid's last month's game, and many people believe that this is likely to be a sign that the Brazilian striker is about to leave.
Last summer, Premier League giants Manchester City pursued Rodrigo, but it was finally left unresolved. By this summer, two other Premier League giants Liverpool and Arsenal seem to be more interested in Brazilians.
In recent times, media reports have reported that Rodrigo has notified Real Madrid that he hopes to stay at the Bernabeu. However, it will all depend on his meeting with head coach Alonso to see what plans the new coach has for him.
According to Spanish media Cadena SER, Rodrigo has held talks with Alonso and is satisfied with the results of the talks. However, Real Madrid executives do not fully believe in the attitude of the Brazilian and will continue to talk to him in the future to eliminate any doubts about the club.
It is reported that if Rodrigo is decided to sell, Real Madrid hopes that the transfer fee will not be less than 100 million euros (reports are also accepted for lower prices). However, so far, the Bernabeu has not received any formal contact or offer about him.
All suitors are on the sidelines, hoping that Rodrigo can clarify whether he agrees to leave Real Madrid this summer. The Club World Cup seems to be very critical and it will determine the final positioning of the Brazilian under Alonso.
