There are many discussions about Nicholas Jackson (24 years old) loan terms.

It is said that the forward player who came on loan from Chelsea needs to start at least 40 times in the Bundesliga and the Champions League before Bayern will fulfill his €65 million buyout obligation.

"He can never do this, so you don't have to worry," Emeritus Chairman Uli Heness (73) explained on the "Doppelpass." This sentence may hit the forward's enthusiasm.

However, another progress shows that Bayern is confident in the striker: The picture can be revealed that Bayern has negotiated with Jackson's team on a five-year contract!

Even without 40 appearances, the German record champion could trigger a €65 million transfer clause in mid-May.

By then, everything has been agreed with Jackson in the contract and other clubs will not be able to intervene. Or, Bayern could try to renegotiate with Chelsea to reduce the transfer fee.

Two other key players are expected to play in Munich for a long time. Bayern has a clear plan for this.

26-year-old Dayote Upamecano's contract is about to expire and he is expected to become the next player to renew his contract with Bayern. While Bayern Munich believes a deal can be reached quickly, the French player intends to continue seeking offers from other clubs.

His compatriot Michael Olisse (23) performed well in his debut season (contributing 43 goals in 55 games). The French player signed with Bayern Munich until 2029 last summer. The club is already discussing the winger's long-term contract, but has not yet reached out to Olisse's team.
