The former Rockets were sold again? FW advised the Suns to trade, exchange for two players of the Bulls + first round signing

9:03pm, 2 September 2025Basketball

As salary rules become increasingly strict, many teams that are hopeless to win the championship or are in a bottleneck period will naturally seek trades. The Rockets are typical examples. Everything was beautiful, and they returned to the playoff stage as the No. 2 seed. However, they lost to the Warriors in the first round and were beaten to the seventh. The outside core Jaylen Green fell to the bottom, causing him to be cleaned.

And despite coming to the Suns, this former Rockets seems to be at risk of being sold. Media FW advised the Suns to continue trading, sending Jaylen Green to Chicago in exchange for two Bulls Kobe White and Vucevic. In addition, the Suns will also get a first-round pick in 2027.

Jaylen Green is definitely not to say about his talent. As the second place in the draft year, some media and fans even advocated that he was the embodiment of Shang Qiao Xiake. However, after entering the NBA, it seems that that is not the case. Jaylen Green has a body, and his opponent will have a slight confrontation and his skills will be deformed. Especially in the playoffs against the Warriors, Jaylen Green seemed to be undercover. The Rockets management completely lost patience and used him as a bargaining chip to trade Durant and sent it to the Suns. However, Jaylen Green's new contract is about to take effect, and the Suns are likely not to treat him as a non-sale product. If Jaylen Green can be used to exchange for other good players, plus draft picks in return, I guess the Suns will not hesitate at all.

And the Bulls' bid in the plan is actually very high, and Kobe White's ability and data are no longer inferior to Jaylen Green. He played the best career performance last season. If you really want to find fault, it can only be said that Kobe White is really short and has a relatively single function on the field. If the offense is not open, or the outside feels average, he will basically be invisible on the field. Of course, even in this case, it is not much different from Jaylen Green.

But Vucevic's market seems hard to describe. Combined with his salary and age, he is even considered a negative asset, the Bulls need to pay Kobe White to deal with this former All-Star center. If you only look at the data, Vucevic's performance last season was not too bad, but his presence on the court was very low, and the defensive end was just like a colander. Considering that the Trail Blazers need to use a buyout when dealing with Ayton, Vucevic is not valuable, but if they can get an additional draft pick, then the Suns are still willing to take over his contract.
