Downs: Being traded by Timberwolves feels like the first time breakup

Carl-Anthony Towns reviewed his experience of being traded from the Minnesota Timberwolves to the New York Knicks in an interview with The Tonight Show. He described this departure as "the first breakup", expressing the pain and reluctance of leaving.

In the interview, Towns mentioned: "Obviously, it made me feel bad. I lived there for 9 years and regarded it as a family. It was so bad like the first time I broke up." He stressed that although leaving was heartbreaking, it was also a necessary change in his career.
